A third generation oenologist Eric Boissenot runs his wine laboratory in the Pauillac region in Bordeaux and counts many highly important cooperation’s among others with Château Lafite, Château Latour, Château Margaux, Château Palmer, Château Ducru Beaucaillou, Château Gazin and Concha Y Toro.

  Recently Eric Boissenot was named one of the French wine industry's 100 most influential personalities by La Revue de Vin de France.

  A low profile oenologist whose wine philosophy is primarily based on the expression of the vineyards terroir.    

  The long lasting friendship between the two colleagues dating back to the time they both studied at the faculty of oenology at the University of Bordeaux is now moving to a professional one as from the next harvesting season.

  The evaluation of the terroir, the wines and infrastructure at ALPHA ESTATE was a pleasant positive surprise for Eric Boissenot who sees his involvement in the wine making process at Alpha Estate as a challenge.
